It is nice to see Obama as president of the US of A. Being the first black man to make it to the top has really shown how things have changed over the last few decades in politics.
The emergence of social networking and blogging had a massive role to play in the last election. For the first time TV party political broadcasts were probably less important than having a good web presence.
But I feel someone who has been overlooked in the overall electoral picture is the golfer Tiger Woods, who is half of every nationality under the sun and is so talented that his game overcame any racial prejudices in the somewhat conservative world of Golf.
I think that Tiger has paved a way to a more racially tolerant society in the world; and Obama should be thankful for him paving the way.
